Best Holdings is a commercial real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, improvement, repositioning and management of commercial real estate.
The company’s strategy is to identify and acquire opportunistic properties which are under-performing or under-capitalized and work towards adding value. Through sound financial strategies, calculated renovations, aggressive management, the company will regain the intrinsic value of these properties.
Best Holdings primary focus is on acquiring commercial real estate in the southern/central regions in Ontario and will also focus on three basic strategies:

Best Holdings will provide you (the investor) with much greater control over your investment by bringing you attractive real estate investment opportunities where BH will conduct thorough due diligence and present the findings.
You will decide how much you want to invest and choose which opportunity interests you. Your investment will be secured by a mortgage, an appraisal, title, fire and life insurance and Best Holdings will never borrow more than the property can support.
Best holdings will locate areas where the population is growing and jobs are being created. To manage risk, in case of an unexpected situation or a market downturn, BH will maintain a strong cash flow, lower loan to value ratio and for the long term hold strategies, the company will plan to pay off all debt and own the investment outright.
How the investing process works?
Once a property has met the company's criteria and a deal has been approved, it will be presented to qualified investors by email. the interested investor can commit to investing by sending a commitment letter for the desired capital amount.
When all funds have been raised and the asset has been acquired, the investor will receive their ownership documents. They will receive periodic updates from BH on a regular basis.
Best Holdings will manage the deal from acquisition to disposition and/or long term hold.

With that knowledge, she managed projects from start to finish with the help of a team of tradesmen, brokers, legal and accounting help. Also Linda has a background in bookkeeping and basic study in accounting.
